Opportunity Snapshot Location: Lancaster, Wisconsin Start Date: May 11, 2026 (ASAP - Ongoing) Contract Type: CRNA Locum Tenens Schedule Model: 3-Week Rotation Rotation Structure: Week 1: First Call (primary coverage nights/weekends) Week 2: Second Call (in-house weekdays, lighter responsibilities) Week 3: Off EMR: Epic Facility Overview Community hospital with approximately 1,800 projected OR cases annually Average daily volume: ~7 cases per weekday across 2 CRNAs Efficient surgical services program with strong case flow Practice Environment Full scope CRNA practice including: General anesthesia Orthopedics OB (epidurals) Nerve blocks / regional anesthesia Call Structure: 3 CRNA team model First call handles primary coverage and call responsibilities Second call provides support and is typically done by ~3:00 PM Third CRNA off each week Additional Details: Occasional rapid response or difficult airway support (rare) Second call rarely activated after hours Flexible daily workload depending on case volume This is a balanced anesthesia model offering autonomy, variety, and a manageable pace.
