Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a highly
skilled Strategic Engineer specializing in Mechanical disciplines
to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in
developing and optimizing mechanical systems and solutions that
support our commitment to sustainable energy practices. By
leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and innovative approaches,
the incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing energy
efficiencies and advancing our renewable energy capabilities,
ultimately contributing to our mission of powering progress with
cleaner, more efficient, and economically viable energy solutions.
Design, develop, and enhance mechanical systems and infrastructure
across various energy projects. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure that mechanical engineering solutions align with
the overall strategic goals. Conduct complex simulations and
feasibility studies to evaluate the performance and impact of
different mechanical systems. Stay abreast of advances in
mechanical engineering and integrate innovative technologies and
practices to improve system efficiencies. Lead sustainability
initiatives focusing on reducing the environmental impact of
mechanical operations. Provide technical leadership in the planning
and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports and
presentations for senior management, showcasing project progress,
findings, and recommendations. Expertise in mechanical design,
thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CAD software and
simulation tools. Excellent project management skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication
and presentation skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP)
beneficial.
