Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Marshfield, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,786 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: OR RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9H Days Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Strong overall Operating Room experience. Experience with orthopedics, including total joints, scopes, fractures, and podiatry is preferred. Description: Department includes Ambulatory Surgery. Scrubbing is required; however, it is helpful but not mandatory for RNs. Two RNs are hired to share the role of Charge Nurse/House Supervisor, rotating between staffing and managing the board. The unit has a modified self-scheduling system, allowing staff to choose preferred late days and a preferred day off if under 1.0 FTE. Shifts include 0645-1515 and 0900-1730, with scheduled late shifts averaging twice a week. There are no weeknight or call requirements. There are no weekend or holiday requirements. Floating is required to share staff with the Inpatient Operating Room as needed. Scrubs are provided by the department. Orientation includes 3-5 days, with efforts to keep it closer to 3 days.
