WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You will work a predictable and balanced
schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm . You'll spend
about 80% of your time out in the field meeting with customers and
visiting our company facilities throughout the Minnesota and
Wisconsin region. As an Industrial Outside Sales Representative,
you will spend your days on the move-connecting with potential and
existing customers, learning about their needs, and providing
tailored solutions that help them succeed. You will use your
business development expertise to prospect new clients, expand
market share, and generate leads that drive growth. Your field
efforts will take you into manufacturing and OEM environments,
where you will deliver face-to-face presentations, negotiate
pricing, and close deals. You will collaborate with internal teams
to ensure every customer receives exceptional service. You will
also adapt to market changes, overcome challenges, and continuously
look for ways to add value. Through it all, you will be a trusted
advisor, strengthening customer relationships and maximizing every
opportunity for upselling and cross-selling. INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE
SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of successful
experience in outside sales, industrial sales, or B2B sales (new
market development) Bachelor's degree (in a related field
preferred) or equivalent experience in sales management or
marketing Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft365 Suite, and
Microsoft Teams Experience with OEM, manufacturing, or hydraulic
mobile equipment Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong
business and sales acumen, including analytical skills Effective
communication and active listening skills Technologically savvy and
