Oversee daily operations and management of the grocery department.
Supervise, train, and mentor grocery staff, ensuring efficient
operations. Maintain inventory levels and order stock to meet
customer demands while managing budget constraints. Ensure
compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with
other department leaders to ensure cohesive operations. Handle
customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high
customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to understand trends and
make data-driven decisions to improve department performance.
