Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a Retail Energy and C&I background.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and create user stories for development
Analyze and recommend improvements to existing business processes, focusing on C&I operations
Serve as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in the deregulated energy market, particularly in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sectors
Degree in IT or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, and SQL
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
