• Prepare and schedules loads from selected locations to dealers. Scan/e-mail copies to DM's. Primary list of DM's in the territory:
• Provide load sheets to outside warehouses when loads are being shipped from their location. Fax copies of loads to appropriate outside truckers. Scan/e-mail to DM's.
• Schedule loads (delivery and pick-ups) and input into system. Assist with Return mailer.
• Make all shipping comment and code changes in system.
• Print shipping orders for selected locations daily and send the information or give to warehouse.
• Update returned shipping orders that are checked for comment changes.
• Phone/e-mail or fax any load changes to appropriate offices as they occur.
• Take distribution phone calls regarding loads and deliveries.
• Print shipping orders for dealer or DM pickups at selected warehouses.
• Send Shipment setup analysis report to DM's
• Various other duties when assigned. Qualifications
  
  Education:
  • You have your High School Diploma/GED - Associate's Degree preferred.
    What Skills You Need:
    • Effective communication skills
    • AS/400 knowledge
    • Word processing and Spreadsheet knowledge
    • 10 key calculator
    • Willing and able to work overtime/weekends/holidays when needed Relocation assistance not offered for this position.
