• $2,500 Sign-On bonus for offers accepted through 5/1/2023!
• Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially $300 per month!
• Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 each quarter; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!What you will do:
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maximize efficiency, reliability and overall effectiveness
  • Assure specific quality guidelines are met and, if necessary, take appropriate actions to rectify quality issues.
  • Identify problems and issues in robotic systems, communicating with engineers, specialists, or other staff to diagnose and understand issues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.What you need:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Successful candidates must have mechanical and or electrical skills and prior troubleshooting experience.
    • The ability to lift parts and equipment which can weigh up to 40 pounds
    • The ability to effectively communicate in the workforce
    • You know the importance of teamwork - production goals are met when everyone does their part.Maintenance Technicians work with other maintenance techs and Operators in a team based manufacturing environment to build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to meet or exceed production goals set forth each day.Industrial Electricians:Pay rate = $35.52 per hour.Bonus Opportunities Available!

        • Troubleshoot and repair plant electrical equipment to maximize efficiency, reliability and overall effectiveness
        • Working with the latest robotic equipment, troubleshoot electrical issues, PLCs and perform preventative maintenance to ensure we meet production targets. What you need:
          • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
          • Demonstrated knowledge and capability in the following disciplines
            • 480V 3 phase power,
            • design of relay logic,
            • design of PLC logic/programming,
            • interpretation of electrical schematics,
            • demonstrated knowledge of wire size, fuse size, motor controllers.Maintenance Supervisor (Weekend Coverage):What you will do:
              • Be scheduled for 40-45 hours per week. Schedule must include Saturday and Sunday but can be fleixble to include some combination of Thursday, Friday, Monday or Tuesday. Let's talk about what will work for you!
              • Provides oversight for critical weekend maintenance projects.What you need:
                • Prior industrial maintenance or operations experience, ideally having led a crew
                • Knowledge of computer systems and programs such as: L2L, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, JDE.
                • Able to analyze data for trends and use basic problem solving techniques to improve trends (fishbone, 5 Why, etc.)Maintenance Planner:What you will do:
                  • Coordinate, schedule, and expedite the flow of maintenance work and materials to support plant maintenance functions including; compiling reports on progress of work, planned maintenance effectiveness, costs, and production problems, as well as procurement of materials and services. What you need:
                    • Prior industrial maintenance or operations experience, ideally having analyzed mean downtime between failures to establish and maintain more effective PM schedules to prevent unplanned down time occurances for all machines.
