-Your Responsibilities -As a -Senior -Electrical Engineer -for Hardware Test and Design at the John Deere Dubuque Works in Dubuque, IA, you will: -

• Design components
• Qualify components
• Draft electrical standards and product requirement -documents.
• Develop team -members.
• Make decisions on -electrical/electronic -issues. -Visa sponsorship is available for this position.What Skills You Need -
  • 3 or more years working on vehicle electrical/electronics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent mentoring and leadership skillsWhat Makes You Stand Out -
    • Familiarity with various electrical -architecture configurations.
    • Experience developing requirements for electrical -and electronic components.
    • 3 or more years of experience with electronic test, troubleshooting and issue resolution including environmental, EMC and performance.
    • Experience in automotive, agriculture, or construction industries.Education - -Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: -
