that challenge, the Syngenta Seeds team is currently seeking an NK
Strategic Farm Business Partner located in Wisconsin.
Role Purpose:
The NK Strategic Farm Partner will serve as the primary
relationship manager and trusted advisor to progressive accounts
farming 2,500+ acres.
Location:
Western Wisconsin
Duties:
- Develop commercial execution for responsible geography taking
into account individual farmers' Top Producer strategies and the
competitive environment.
- Lead relationship development and serve as the single point of
contact.
- Proactively visit farmers to understand their operations and
specific needs, targeting farmers with > 2500 acres.
- Provide early farm insights through analytics to help
growers.
- Connect farmers to the best of Syngenta solutions to address
relevant pain points and challenges.
- Develop individualized touchpoint plans to ensure a
personalized experience for each farmer.
- Manage complex negotiations with farmers, focusing on
strengthening relationships and achieving win-win outcomes while
optimizing discretionary budgets.
- Advise farmers on their farm operations by helping them
identify the best products, services, and solutions to maximize
yield and profitability.
- Create and maintain a strong network of farmers, academics,
agronomists, retail, and leadership to bring value to the farm.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Business,
Agronomy, or Agricultural Science. 3-5 years in production
agriculture (Seed sales, Agronomy, Grain Origination, Crop
Protection, Digital Ag).
- Must reside in the territory.
- Proven experience in selling, servicing, and negotiating with
large (> 2500 acres) growers.
- Knowledge of grower P&L and farm operations.
- Existing book of business and sales history.
- Expertise in agronomy, seed products, and digital
tools.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale business
operations.
- Contacts at major accounts of 2,500+ acres and ability to
manage million-dollar sales accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with large growers and
broader industry contacts.
- Ability to identify key issues and develop tailored action
plans.
