your PASSION to oursSanitation team members maintain sanitation
needed for quality cheese production by performing necessary
sanitation tasks in the packaging department following all safety
and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies. Candidates must be
available to work over 40 hours per week (weekends are
required).From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this
position include Meet production efficiency budget levels with
maintaining a high quality product Works independently in the
proper disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and start up process of the
packaging machines Inspects equipment after cleaning and sanitizing
Must clean and sanitize packaging equipment and packaging
department physical environment Random verification chemical
concentrations Monitor chemical usage and quality of work
Accurately complete associated sanitation process paperwork while
maintaining cleaning schedules Maintain clean and organized work
area Interact with associates to maintain efficient work-flow
Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and
supervisor Perform sanitation duties as assigned Report problems
and/or concerns to the on duty supervisor Attend departmental
meetings and training as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed
Apply the Good Manufacturing Practices Standard Perform other work
duties as assigned by supervisor or managerCandidate must have the
following attributes/skills; strong attention to detail and
accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess
good manual dexterity, vision abilities (close, distance, color and
ability to focus), able to push/pull/lift and carry at least 30
pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, be able to stand
for entire shift, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g.
twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching).RequirementsFrom

following:Education: High School Diploma/General Education Degree
(GED) is preferredExperience: Previous employment in a food
industry setting is preferred Stable and dependable work history is
requiredKnowledge of: Basic mathematical skills are required (must
be able to calculate averages)Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in
a food industry or manufacturing environment Strong attention to
detail and accuracy Manual dexterity Vision abilities (close,
distance color and ability to focus) Push/pull/lift and carry at
least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, Stand for
entire shift Perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping,
lifting, bending, reaching)The ideal candidate will be proactive

managing stress and remaining calm under pressure, and be able to

On Bonus & Pay----We are offering a $2,000* Hiring Bonus to new
hires for hourly positions. *Bonus amount is a gross amount. $1,000
will be paid out in the paycheck following 90 days of active
employment; an additional $1,000 will be paid out in the paycheck
following 180 days of active employment. Temporary, part-time and
certain rehired employees are not eligible. *Attendance and
performance rules apply.Pay: $20.30/hr or more + $2.50/hr shift
differential, dependent upon skills and experience. Weekend premium
20% more. Lactalis offers very competitive pay, benefits and paid
time off. Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM.
