direction, the Enterprise Services Administrator Senior implements
and supports application systems across the enterprise. Duties
include installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring,
supporting and optimizing corporate servers and associated
software. This position also troubleshoots performance issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Installs and tests necessary enterprise-class software packages
and hardware such as operating systems, Office programs and banking
applications.
- Upgrades software components as required.
- Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common
problems.
- Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory
structures, rights, security, software and file services.
- Assists Support Center in escalated support incidents.
- Instructs users in use of equipment, software and
manuals.
- Trains Support Center to use new or modified equipment and
applications.
- Monitors functions of equipment and software to ensure system
operates in conformance with specifications.
- Ensures the stable operation and efficient performance of
company applications.
- Plans and implements any improvement, modification or
replacement of enterprise applications.
- Monitors system capacity to determine its effect on performance
and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing
demands.
- Identifies and remedies performance bottlenecks.
- Installs and configures all hardware and equipment.
- Ensures network and IP connectivity of all workstations,
application servers and back-end office infrastructure.
- Conducts research on network products, services, protocols, and
standards in support of network and application procurement and
development efforts.
- Identifies and implements application monitoring and
alerting.
- Provides mentoring and training to support the development of
Enterprise Services Administrators.
- Assists in IS Business Recovery planning and testing.
- Available to be on-call, as needed.
- Works on patching and vulnerability management of end user
devices such as laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Works on patching and vulnerability management of back-end
application infrastructure.
- Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it
relates to the job function.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Computer and Information Science or
- equivalent years of experience required
- 5-7 years of related experience implementing enterprise wide
projects required
- 3-5 years enterprise monitoring solutions experience,
application deployment, and packaging required
- 1-3 years Custom scripting experience (Groovy, Power Shell,
Python or other) required
- 1-3 years Experience with patch management required
- 5-7 years experience Microsoft SQL server required
- Extensive application support experience with various databases
preferred
- Familiar with IS Business Recovery Plan and Information
Security Program preferred
- Windows-based servers and stations, Visio design software
preferred
- Ability to work independently required Scheduled Weekly
Hours:40Time Type:Full timeThe targeted salary for this role
is:$82,983.00 - $107,877.00You may also be offered incentive
compensation, and benefits. Benefits may include Medical, Dental,
Vision, 401(k), Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off. Actual
compensation may vary based on geographic location of the specific
role as well as work experience, education, and skills of the
selected candidate.
