Your Responsibilities
As a Perception System Hardware Design Engineer for Dubuque Works
located in Dubuque, IA , you will:
Utilize development processes (TDP/ISDP/PDP) to design, develop,
and deliver perception technology hardware on construction and
forestry vehicles
Lead and mentor a small team to execute and deliver on product
program timelines through the product delivery process
Create, collaborate, and contribute to component engineering
specifications
Develop a growing understanding of customer applications and
machine operation

What Skills You Need
3+ years of experience in product engineering
2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team
environment
2+ years of project experience with proven ability to execute
deliverables to a timeline
Ability to communicate complex technical issues
Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
What Makes You Stand Out
Expertise with electrical or electronic hardware design
engineering
Experience in both electrical and mechanical design
Experience through a full product delivery cycle
Demonstrated ability working with an experimental shop
Experience with Creo Parametric, Windchill PDMLink, and/or SAP
Experience with off-road vehicle applications
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work
experience in the following:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline
Master Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering
field
