  • Utilize development processes (TDP/ISDP/PDP) to design, develop, and deliver perception solutions for C&F product lines
  • Lead technology development and technical supplier discussions with a focus on radars
  • Create and maintain engineering specifications for perception system componentry
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders on system design, status, and decision making
  • Develop a growing understanding of customer applications and machine operation--Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.What Skills You Need--
    • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
    • Experience executing projects as part of a team
    • 3 or more years of combined engineering experience from a full-time position, advanced degree program, co-ops and/or internships
    • Proven ability to solve problems
    • Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues
    • Ability to learn and apply new information quicklyWhat Makes You Stand Out--
      • Experience with perception sensors, systems, and/or controls
      • Experience vehicle communication system protocols (ex. J1939 CAN, ethernet)
      • Experience with embedded tools
      • Experience working with MathWorks (Matlab/Simulink) Tools
      • Advanced degree in an engineering discipline
      • Experience with off-road vehicle applicationsEducation--Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:--
        • Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline
