Company Description: Rite-Hite, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial loading dock and door solutions, is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Manufacturing Associate for Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures located in Dubuque, IA. Hours of work are Monday-Thursday from 5:15am -3:15pm with some occasional overtime. with some overtime required. Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures has been the world leader in dock seals and shelters since 1951. Job Description: Rite-Hite manufacturing associates are responsible for the cutting, sewing, marking, assembly of subassemblies and products, preparation for shipment and preparing of parts and products to be manufactured according to work orders, product authorization forms, drawings and blueprints, and maintaining equipment properly to reduce or eliminate downtime Required Experience: Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
