located in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a full-time, first shift Inside
Sales Assistant for our DuctSox Division. DuctSox is a manufacturer
of Air Fabric Dispersion Systems.
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Assistant is responsible to provide sales support
for full range of product offering and basic and moderate
designs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide timely and accurate information to representatives and
customers.
Accurately process and analyze orders.
Coordinate and communicate service solutions to representatives and
customers.
Effective communication with employees, sales representatives, and
customers.
Effective execution of sales strategies and project deadlines as
communicated by sales management.
Required Experience:
Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified
employees to contribute to that. Qualified candidates will hold an
Associates degree from college or technical school required; 1-2
years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Business or
closely related field preferred.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent customer service
Computer knowledge, , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,
Teams), Windows OS, JDE Edwards, takeoff software such as Adobe or
Bluebeam.
