Under general supervision of the Divisional Director, the
Administrator oversees the total operation of the facility; plans,
organizes, directs, and controls human and fiscal/material
resources in order to assure residents receive the highest quality
care possible from available resources. Functions independently,
with extensive autonomy within the constraints of company policy
