Job Description:

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to guide our print media production operations. This role involves overseeing the entire manufacturing process of MCC's printed materials, which are essential in promoting our global initiatives and spreading awareness about our work. The ideal candidate will manage our daily operations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials, keeping in line with our mission of sustainable and ethical practices. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for humanitarian aid and development. Develop and implement efficient production processes for print media. Manage daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to align production with MCC’s strategic goals. Monitor equipment and inventory, overseeing maintenance and supplies procurement. Train and supervise production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices within the production site. Analyze production data and compile reports on performance and progress for senior management.
