Our client in Tomah, WI is seeking Production Technicians to join their team assisting with next generation Smart Glass technology. This position involves hands-on inspections, precision testing, data analysis, and collaboration with production teams to drive continuous improvement. Job Title: Production Technicians Location: Tomah, WI Pay Range: $23.50 with opportunity to advance Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, with opportunity for overtime What’s the Job? Learn and operate Smart Glass Equipment Operate inspection equipment. Ensure timely execution of production orders. Document activities as appropriate - i.e. logbook, inspection walk throughs, etc. Handle glass as necessary for production Work in a cleanroom environment and handle materials as needed. This requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Assist in the daily cleaning of equipment and production areas Suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency and improve quality. Drive a forklift or other mobile equipment and support the receiving area as needed. Record production data and report any deviations or issues Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure plant goals are met What’s Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Electronics, glass, or precision manufacturing background Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure, calipers, LCR meter) Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shop floor systems Collaborate effectively with team members in English, Written and verbally with strong attention to detail.
