Position Overview: SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional
$3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st. PEAK HOLIDAY
PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December
21st. 2nd shift premium of $1/hour (Nov 24th - Dec 21st) Are you

different departments As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading
Company, you may perform a variety of tasks: Accurately pick and
pack merchandise for online customer orders Accurately move product
throughout the facility Replenish primary warehouse bin locations
as needed to meet customer service levels Maintain a clean, safe,
and supportive work environment In order to be successful in this
role, you must meet the following requirements: Successful
candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse
experience to qualify Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum availability of 16 hours per week required full-time
equivalent hours may be available during peak times Walk or stand
for your entire work shift Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs.
frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally Frequently reach, twist, and
bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and
wrist movements Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five
hundred pounds Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
