provide paid training! Key Responsibilities (Crew Member Job
Duties) • Guest Service & Hospitality: Welcome guests with a
positive attitude, answer questions, and ensure every customer
enjoys a fast, friendly Pancheros experience. • Food Preparation &
Line Work: Prep fresh ingredients, assemble burritos, bowls, tacos,
and salads, and follow all Pancheros food quality and portioning
standards . • Cashiering & POS Operation: Take orders, process
payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately (as
assigned). • Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean dining room,
service line, kitchen, and restrooms throughout your shift. •
Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with other crew members and
shift leads to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy
periods. • Stocking & Replenishment: Restock line items, sauces,
utensils, and supplies to keep service fast and efficient. • Food
Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food handling, safety, and
sanitation guidelines required for fast casual restaurant
environments . What We’re Looking For • Positive, outgoing
attitude: You enjoy working with people and creating great guest
experiences. • Reliable and punctual: Consistent attendance and
professionalism are essential. • Strong team player: You work well
with others and stay upbeat during busy shifts. • Willing to learn:
Open to training, feedback, and learning new restaurant skills. •
Customer service mindset: Food service experience is a plus but
absolutely not required.
