Description: Job Summary The Account Executive - Inbound
Customer Service plays a critical role as the first point of
contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses requiring
emergency roadside assistance. This individual provides quick,
effective solutions and compassionate responses to customers under
stress, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism

Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
Genuine passion for helping others. Empathize with customers in
high-stress emergency roadside situations. Service-oriented and
able to resolve customer grievances. Excellent communication skills
Written and verbal, including active listening and showing empathy.
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. Handle
customer and provider inquiries about billing and service
registration. Provide real-time updates to customers, providers,
and clients throughout the dispatch process. Stay informed about a
growing customer base and maintain accurate documentation. Utilize
CRM, Google Maps, and dispatch software while delivering
exceptional service. Leverage knowledge of services to resolve
issues or escalate appropriately. Perform other related duties as
assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or
equivalent preferred. Minimum of 6 months of customer service
experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar).
Preferred Industries for Related Experience Call Centers / BPOs -
Aligned environment in terms of volume, structure, and
expectations. Telecommunications - Experience with high-volume
billing and technical support. Automotive Services / Roadside
Assistance - Familiarity with dispatch and emergency responses.
Retail or E-commerce Support - Strong customer resolution and
communication background. Insurance / Claims Processing -
Especially in auto or roadside-related claims. Hospitality / Travel
& Transportation - Skilled in managing urgent, stressed customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Requirements: Prolonged
periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to
lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary. Compensation details: 14-14
