world's largest producer of cat and dog food and has been an
important part of your pet's nutrition for many years. We are
currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Jefferson,
Wisconsin factory. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated

(Objectives include preventative and routine maintenance of
machinery and systems as well as installation and upgrades to
equipment).Plans, conducts, facilitates, and supervises training of
personnel.Reviews leave requests, initiates disciplinary actions,
evaluates personnel performance and delivers performance feedback.
May also be involved in interviewing applicants for maintenance
positions.Coordinates work activities of maintenance with other
departments to ensure Nestle standards of safety, quality and
efficiency.Takes ownership of area of responsibility and leads
problem solving efforts in that area.Works with Planner and other
Team Leaders to plan and execute work.RequirementsHigh School
Diploma or GED.1+ years of leadership experience3 years of
experience working in industrial maintenance environmentThe
approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 - $101,000.

for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may
vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge,
