Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Travel LTAC
(Long Term Acute Care) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic
team in Davenport, Iowa. As a specialized Travel LTAC RN, you will
deliver high-quality care to critically ill or chronically ill
patients who require extended hospital stays. Our focus at Gifted

environments. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
long-term acute care patients. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary
team members to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications,
monitor vital signs, and quickly identify any changes in condition.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment
plans, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records
and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control
practices and promote patient safety. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled
in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a compact
state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications.
