Job Description:
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients
with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily
skills while working in a home health setting in Marshfield, WI.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active
Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the
assignment. Must have at least 12 months of Home Health OT
experience within the past 3 years (client requirement). Homecare
Electronic Medical Record experience preferred: HCHB preferred
(client preference). BLS Certification may be required from AHA or
ARC. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name:
Days. Shift Details: Days - 8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Territory: Marshfield, WI. Length of
