Job Description:
Sanford Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Critical
Care Nurses to join our Pathway Program. As a critical care nurse,
you will play a vital role in providing immediate and compassionate
care to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a
skilled team of healthcare professionals to implement patient care

to fostering a positive patient experience. The ideal candidates
will have at least 2 years of experience in a critical care
setting, hold an RN license, and possess an Associate's Degree in

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to
assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for patients.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols and safety
measures. Mentor and guide junior nursing staff in best practices
for critical care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and
documentation. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Critical thinking and strong clinical judgment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
