Job Description:
Encompass Health's Van Matre Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking
a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team of
healthcare professionals. We specialize in delivering intensive
rehabilitative care utilizing cutting-edge technology and
personalized treatment plans. In this role, you will work closely
with patients recovering from various injuries and illnesses,
tailoring therapy techniques to promote maximum recovery and
improve overall functionality and mobility. Evaluate patient
conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation care
plans Implement patient therapy programs, monitor progress, and
adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and their families on
treatments, recovery techniques, and overall wellness Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and promote
patient health Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations and standards Strong ability to assess patient needs
and develop therapeutic plans Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for patient and family education Proficiency
in using physical therapy tools and equipment for treatment Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be a licensed
Physical Therapist CPR certified recommended
