RN license at time of application Active Iowa RN license or proof
of application for Iowa single state or compact RN license Proven
experience in stepdown nursing or progressive care units
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records Ability to float
within the same discipline across local campuses if needed Strong
clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Location:

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to stepdown
patients, monitoring vital signs and implementing treatment plans
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize
patient outcomes Administer medications and therapies as
prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance Document patient care
accurately in the EPIC system Participate in orientation and
ongoing training to maintain clinical competencies Schedule &
Compensation Details: 36-40 hours per week with billable overtime
after 40 hours; extended overtime options available Night shift
differential (NBO) of 16 hours Holiday and overtime multipliers to
recognize additional work effort Additional compensation for call
back, on call, charge, and precepting roles This travel position
offers flexibility with orientation dates throughout the year and
the possibility for local candidates within 50 miles at a reduced
