Pharmacist Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,902 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour / Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years required License: PharmD, RPh, WI pharmacy license required Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have: - Epic experience required - Inpatient/Acute care experience - Pharmacokinetic dosing experience - Renal dosing experience - Therapeutic medication monitoring experience - Drug shortage management experience Description: Inpatient Pharmacist for 5x8 rotating shifts. Every third weekend coverage required. First-time travelers are not accepted. Two years of experience is required. A PharmD, RPh, and WI pharmacy license are required. BLS certification is preferred. Epic experience is essential. Travelers must shave for a mask to seal for fit testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided. Travelers are not allowed to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs.
