Occupational Therapist Location: Mauston, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,386 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 7:30am-4pm Experience: 1 years of related work experience required License: Wisconsin occupational therapy license required Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy required Must-Have: Master of Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate preferred; BLS certification required Description: The Occupational Therapist position treats injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. The goal is to help patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in acute care and nursing home settings. Screen patients and attend meetings regarding patient progress. Documentation is required for evaluation, progress notes, daily notes, insurance, and discharge notes in patients' medical records. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure effective carryover of services for patient care. Outpatient evaluations and treatments will also be performed. Additional duties may be requested as needed. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required for this position. Continuing education is necessary to maintain licensure.
