Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI
Technologist for a day shift position requiring at least 3 years of
hospital MRI experience and proficiency with Siemens equipment.
Details - Work in a hospital-based MRI department - Perform 16-20
MRI scans per day using Siemens equipment - Day shift schedule:
Mon/Tues 8:30 AM-9:00 PM, Wed/Thurs 12:30 PM-9:00 PM, totaling 40
hours per week - No call and no weekend shifts - Uses Epic EMR and
Epic experience is required - Any color scrubs may be worn
Requirements - Minimum 3 years (36 months) of MRI experience in a
hospital setting required - ARRT certification and BLS (AHA or ARC)
required - Iowa Radiology license required; must provide proof of
application if not active (license required if applicable) -
Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is required - Valid driver's
license required - Skills checklist specific to MRI/Magnetic
Resonance Imaging required - Professional reference from a
supervisor or manager within the past 24 months preferred
Additional Information - Orientation is scheduled and required on
4/6 - New travelers are welcome to apply - Candidates must live at
least 50 miles from the facility or will be subject to local pay
rules - Returning employees must not have worked at the facility in
