M-RN-294541 Registered Nurse Specialty: Long Term Care Job Type:
Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Active RN license in the
practicing state. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing
preferred. Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs.
Develop and follow individualized care plans. Educate residents and
families on health management and care plans. Document care
