Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 34 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Nursing Home / LTC Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) assists with daily nursing activities in a nursing home setting, ensuring accurate care, attention to detail, and high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate significant resident condition changes to physicians and families - Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation - Administer medications following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration - Perform wound care and ongoing patient monitoring - Assist CNAs with call lights and resident needs - Lead and respond to situations on the floor as needed - Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation - Maintain thorough and accurate resident charting Requirements: - WI RN License required - BLS/CPR Certification required - Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred - Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred) - Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
