Job Description:

Are you a Urology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Wisconsin might be the perfect fit for you! Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Two weeks per month ? clinic and call coverage. Clinic hours 8am?5pm, may need to be on site earlier for surgery Job Setting: Hospital System ? Breakdown is approximately 60% clinic, 10% hospital and 30% procedures/surgeries. Level 2 Trauma facility. Level 2 Pediatric facility Types of Cases: 16?20 patient encounters per shift. Typical procedures include cystoscopy, stent placement/removal, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, bladder installation. Provider must be willing to treat pediatric testicular torsion patients and some pediatric urology patients that present to the ER. Equipment available includes X?ray, cystoscopes, rigid scope, bladder scanner & Trus Credentialing: 60 days Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum Certifications: BLS required Licensure: Wisconsin license required. IMLC not accepted Specialty Skills Required: General Urology (Adult), Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures Preferred: Pediatric General Urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Robotic Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, Adrenalectomy, Renal and bladder u/s with biopsy, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10?Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
