Wisconsin, 53948! Job Title: WI LTC RN - FT City/State: Mauston,
Wisconsin Shift: Week one: Saturday & Sunday 1pm-10:30pm, Wednesday
1pm-10:30pm, Thursday 9pm-6:30am; Week two: 8 Hour Mids,
12:00:00-20:00:00 Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026
Job Description: The Nursing Home Registered Nurse position assists
with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that
requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing
exceptional healthcare. Responsibilities: Timely communication to
physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident
condition Complete all applicable resident assessments Complete
medication administration while following the 5 Rights Perform
wound care and assessments as needed Assist CNAs with answering
call lights Monitor residents for changes in condition Act as
leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to
Director of Nursing and Administrator Maintain accurate resident
records with thorough and accurate charting Perform other duties as
requested Requirements: Two-year degree in nursing required
Four-year degree in nursing preferred Must hold and maintain
Wisconsin Registered Nursing license Current CPR/BLS certification
required 1 years of related work experience preferred Exceptional
