qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead pharmacy operations
at a home infusion facility in Cedar Rapids, IA. This
contract-to-hire role requires a proactive leader responsible for
ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and
strategic growth initiatives within the pharmacy setting. Location:
Cedar Rapids, IA Type: Contract to Hire (13 weeks, temp-to-perm or
direct-hire) Schedule: Day shift with responsibility for providing
24-hour guidance to staff and pharmacy operations Key
Responsibilities: Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure full
coverage during scheduled hours Perform pharmacy duties as needed
to support the team Oversee dispensing of pharmaceuticals,
ancillary supplies, and equipment with strict accuracy Ensure
compliance with all policies, state and federal regulations, and
accreditation standards Participate in policy development, review,
and revision processes Lead orientation and training programs for
new personnel Support readiness for on-site inspections and
accreditation surveys Communicate effectively with staff,
maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks and
physical requirements such as filing and standing as necessary
Qualifications: B.S. or PharmD degree from an accredited
institution Active Iowa pharmacist license (additional licenses
advantageous) Minimum 4 years recent clinical pharmacy experience,
including home infusion 2 years clinical pharmacy management
experience preferred Familiarity with CPR software preferred
Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance
available for direct hire candidates Negotiable salary package Iowa
