Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Boscobel, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts (NOC shifts) /n• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (8-week assignment) /n• Required to float to critical access hospitals as needed, rarely may assist in ED units /n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required /n• Patient ratio typically 2-3:1 on day shift, may flex up to 4-5:1 /n• Work on 10-bed unit in critical access hospital setting /n• Care for general medical surgical, pre and post-operative patients, and outpatient infusion/injection patients /n• Must be able to work independently in critical access environment /n• Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS /n• Minimum 2 years medical surgical experience required /n• Previous telemetry experience required with ability to interpret telemetry strips /n• Epic charting experience preferred /n• Must wear solid color scrubs /n• 8-hour unbillable orientation provided /n• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer (24 hours for quick start) /n• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred /n/n Facility: /n This critical access hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services with 24/7 emergency department registration, physician coverage, laboratory services, and full surgical and radiology crews available on-call around the clock.
