This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident conditionComplete all applicable resident assessmentsComplete medication administration while following the 5 RightsPerform wound care and assessments as neededAssist CNAs with answering call lightsMonitor residents for changes in conditionAct as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as neededReport any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and AdministratorMaintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate chartingPerform other duties as requested.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications to effectively perform job.An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree in nursing preferred.Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.Current CPR/BLS certification required.1 years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
