Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Marshfield, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,525 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Marshfield, Wisconsin, 54404! Shift Information Shift Type: 12?hour weekend day shifts Shift Times: 07:00 – 19:30 Days: Friday / Saturday / Sunday Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours Scheduling: No self?scheduling Block scheduling when possible Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday Responsibilitie Provide patient care on a Med Surg/Tele unit (Ortho, Uro, Neuro, Trauma, Vascular) . Monitor and assess patients, including telemetry?monitored patients. Administer medications, including titrating drips (mainly Heparin). Perform wound care, post?op care, and manage specialty equipment (CPAP/BiPAP/High Flow). Collaborate with telemetry techs, CNAs, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Document care accurately in Cerner . Float to other adult Med/Surg units as needed.
