Midwest seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join
its Janesville-based team. With the clinic and OR located under one

salary of $599,000–$750,000 plus a potential $100,000 production
bonus · The incoming Urologist will enjoy a generous 12 weeks of
PTO with additional paid caregiver and parental leave · Live near

Support H1b or J1 visa sponsorship with a preference for candidates
available before 2026 · Operate with advanced robotic surgical

an established, growing team with 1 full-time physician, 1 NP, and
locum support · Perform 15–20 clinic visits per day and 4–7
