& Refractive Surgeon OpportunityA respected, multi-specialty
healthcare system in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Board
Certified/Board Eligible Corneal, Cataract, and Refractive Surgeon
to assume an established and thriving practice. This position
offers the opportunity to join a collegial team in a full-service
ophthalmology department equipped with the latest technology and a
broad range of subspecialties.Position Highlights: Well-Established
Practice: Take over a high-volume, well-supported practice from a
departing physician. Enjoy a robust referral network and a wide
variety of surgical and clinical cases. Comprehensive Surgical
Focus: Ideal candidates will have interest and experience in:
Corneal surgery (including corneal crosslinking) Complex cataracts
Refractive procedures (including LASIK and PRK) Collaborative Team
Environment: Join a multidisciplinary team of board-certified
ophthalmologists and subspecialists, including glaucoma, retina,
pediatrics, and oculoplastics. Supported by optometrists, certified
technicians, low vision specialists, contact lens experts, and
on-site opticians. Shared Call Schedule: Light 1:10 call rotation
shared among a team of experienced ophthalmologists. Advanced
Equipment: Practice in a state-of-the-art setting with access to
the latest diagnostic and surgical technology.Professional
Expectations: Must have completed an accredited residency program
in ophthalmology. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Ophthalmology. Must be eligible for medical licensure in the
organization's multi-state service region. Expected to supervise
and collaborate with advanced practice clinicians. Outreach and
regional patient care responsibilities may be included. Teaching of
residents, fellows, medical students, and clinical staff is highly
encouraged and supported. Location: La Crosse, WisconsinLocated on
