Job Description: Provide hospital support for OB & GYN patients in a busy inpatient setting Deliver collaborative care alongside a community health care partner (FQHC) and midwives Manage approximately 80 deliveries monthly in a high-volume, supportive environment Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for labor & delivery, OB/GYN triage, and ER calls as needed Serve as a regional referral resource for GYN patients Perform daily rounding on post-operative and post-partum patients Participate in a collaborative care model enhancing patient safety and community health Work within a multidisciplinary team including anesthesia, NICU, and midwives No separate doc call expected; full-time dedicated hospitalist role Support and enhance hospital protocols during the launch of 24-hour in-house coverage in April 2025 Candidates must be Board Certified Not accepting Locums candidates Not accepting visa candidates for locum roles Clean malpractice is preferred Cannot accept providers who have malpractice cases in probate or requiring supervision Provider MUST be Board Certified or Board Eligible in the US Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation model (to be discussed during interview) Provider may submit salary expectations Competitive package based on experience Relocation assistance available Full support for H1B and J1 visa holders for qualifying full-time roles Stable, well-established group with strong community resources Opportunity to work in a region with short commutes, safe neighborhoods, strong schools, and rich cultural amenities Collaborative and inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion Submission Requirements: Board Certified in OB/GYN REQUIRED Iowa license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED Does the provider require visa support J1 or H1B?
