travel nursing job in Rockford, Illinois. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start
Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel HOME BASED PRIMARY CARE -
Day shift: 8a–5p, M–F - Every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays - 1
year recent acute care RN experience - Mileage between visits paid
- IL RN license & BLS required - No local candidates within 50
