Adult Medicine for a local contract job in Boscobel, Wisconsin. Job

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner
to work at a facility in Boscobel , WI. These are registry
positions with our company. Pay Rate: $135 / hour *1099 Job
Details: 3 days per week at WSPF and 2 days per week at PDCI. The
schedule will be Monday-Friday from 0800-1630.26 weeks up to 40
hourssubject to unpaid breaks$160/hrMust have at least 2 years of
clinical experience in primary care. Should be able to see
approximately 10 to 12 people a day (subject to fluctuate per
facility needs). Minor procedures a plus. Class: NP Shift: 1 Start:
08:00:00 End: 16:30:00 Responsibilities (not limited to): help with
all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and
consultations. may work in both inpatient and outpatient situations
perform independently or as part of a treatment team perform task
of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed
treatments may conduct physicals, order tests and serve as a
patient's primary healthcare provider Qualifications: Minimum
1-year previous working experience as a Nurse Practitioner Ability
to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology A valid and current CPR card
(American Heart Association) or Red Cross Must have up to date
credentials in the state of WI 3 days per week at WSPF and 2 days
