Job Description:

Full Time Ongoing Radiation Oncologist Locums Job in Iowa Schedule: • Schedule: 8AM to 4:30PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day • No call • Schedule Requirements: Provider can work a 2 week on/2 week off schedule or a full time 4 week consecutive stretch Details: • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 • No other Radiation Oncologists present during Locum Tenens coverage • Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults • Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1 • Trauma Level 2 • Adult patients • EMR: Aria Requirements: • Board Certified • Active Iowa license or IMLC (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license) • COVID Vaccine • Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing (Facility can offer temp privileges which is approximately 30-60 days) • MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time • Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED • Local/within driving distance - HIGHLY PREFERRED Required Procedures: • Conventional Radiotherapy • 3D Radiotherapy • External Beam Radiation - IMRT • External Beam Radiation - IGRT • External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT • Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) • Stereotactic Radiosurgery • Photon Beam Radiation Therapy • Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Jackson and Coker offers: Weekly Direct Deposit Top Rated Malpractice Insurance In-House Travel Agency 24/7 Recruiter Availability Experienced In-House Privileging
