Job Description Internal Medicine opening in WisconsinRochester MN, 70mMD/Do Obesity Medicine Full TimeHighlights:MBSAQIP accredited programManagement of the disease of obesity, including management of complex medical and psychosocial disordersActive participation in the ongoing management of patients who have had or are planning to have bariatric surgeryActive participation in the management of care for patients who are pursuing non-surgical weight managementOur multidisciplinary team utilizes both surgical and non-surgical weight management methodsOur Weight Management System and Minimally Invasive Bariatric Surgery team consists of:Bariatric surgeonsObesity Medicine Medical DirectorBariatric surgery and obesity medicine APCsMultidisciplinary team consisting of PhDs, RDs, RNsMinimum Criteria:Completion of an ACGME accredited FM or IM residencyMust hold current certification in respective specialtyBoard certification by the ABOMIf not currently certified, must be actively pursuing certification and have completed such within 6 months of onset of employment.
