Job DetailsTitle Registered Nurse (RN) DialysisLocation 800 Compassion Way Dodgeville WI 53533Shift- 40hours/weekSupervisory* Eligible to serve as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge upon completion of onboarding and training.* o Must have at least 9 months of RN experience.o Must have a minimum of 3 months of chronic/acute Hemodialysis RN experience.Key Responsibilities:* Perform ongoing patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments.* Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.* Educate patients and families on dialysis treatments, kidney health, and lifestyle adjustments.* Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.* Participate in emergency response protocols and assist in critical care situations.* Support, mentor, and guide Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and fellow RNs in daily operations.* Ensure proper collection, processing, and documentation of lab specimens.* Promote patient awareness of transplant and treatment modality options.Requirements:* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.* Active RN licensure in the state of practice.* Current BLS/CPR certification (or completion prior to start).* Must meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.Job Types: Travel nursing, ContractPay: $2,350.00 - $2,450.00 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Dialysis* NephrologyWork Location: In personby Jobble
