We are located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10-minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa. Open to all, St. Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work.Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)PRN positionsAM, PM or NOC shifts8 hour or 12 hour shifts availableLPN: $26.00-31.00 per hour, based on experienceRN: $35.00-$43.00 per hour, based on experienceShift Differential for PM and NOC ShiftsA casual team member (PRN) is required to: work six shifts per month; at least three of the shifts must be on a weekend; work one summer and one winter holiday (as available).Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.The Registered Nurse RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents total nursing needs.
