Geriatrics Opening in Dubuque, IA -Full Time & Permanent Position.This opportunity is primarily outpatient clinic with limited call/inpatient responsibility. Schedules are flexible to your needs, currently the physicians work 4 days per week with variance depending when on call. There is a dedicated hospitalist program that cares for your patients in the hospital, but is still controlled by our group. We also have split model options where several primary care physicians see their own patients in the hospital to maintain a broad skillset. Compensation & Benefits -Competitive Salary with sign-on bonuses of $50,000.-Partnership offered after the first full year of employment with earnings at or above the 90th percentile.-100% paid for health, life, dental, disability and malpractice insurances.-401K and profit-sharing.-Relocation and CME allowance.-Captive audience of patients for retiring physician.-4 weeks of vacation.
