Internal Medicine opening in Dubuque, Iowa. Internal Medicine opening in Dubuque, IA -90 miles to Madison, WI. -Full time, permanent opening. Highlights -4 day work week. -Opportunity is primarily outpatient clinic with limited call/inpatient responsibility. -Schedules are flexible to your needs. -There is a dedicated hospitalist program that cares for your patients in the hospital, but is still controlled by our group. -We also have split model options where several primary care physicians see their own patients in the hospital to maintain a broad skillset. Compensation & Benefits -Competitive Salary with sign-on bonuses of $50,000. -Partnership offered after the first full year of employment with earnings at or above the 90th percentile. -100% paid for health, life, dental, disability and malpractice insurances. -401K and profit-sharing. -Relocation and CME allowance. -Captive audience of patients for retiring physician. -1 in 17 call schedule. -4 weeks of vacation while employed, up to 8 weeks as a shareholder.
